Experience

I have taken internships at various companies, a marketing firm, a startup and also a large multinational corporation during my undergraduate and graduate studies.

During these internships, I was fortunate to work with amazing designers, developers, researchers and gain experience of working with cross functional teams. I loved the methods and processes I learned such as thinking of designing a product, is to solve a complex problem with creative solutions. I believe that investing time in understanding user psychology and human behavioral patterns is of paramount importance in creating solutions. I relish the idea of working in a team!

I was working in the Global Customer Unit - Emerging Business team, based in Santa Clara, California. This team works with the customers to imagine how a hyper-connected world will transform their business with 5G. It also helps in creating that vision by co-creating and co-investing new solutions to help the customers capture the potential of 5G and IoT.

I managed design solutions related to transforming abstract concepts into well-developed, polished
user experience-based software solutions and deliverables by crafting more than 15 high fidelity prototypes.
I created original, user-centered design solutions and user experiences that can be developed into
specific products, emphasizing user interface design.
I learned how to put the customer at the heart of everything that you design, and understand their challenges and opportunities and to craft positive user experience.

I designed prototypes for Legal Services client of the company.
This was a 4 week project taken as a contract after my graduation in 2018.

Spring CT was founded by a group of professionals with outstanding product development background that captures the essence of product engineering throughout product life cycle from conceptualization, design, development, release, support, through to obsolescence management. I was working with the design team based in Pune, India.

I created user personas and journeys based on the the requirements of the legal service client, which also included a chat feature. I crafted the chat box experience and System Overview Diagram.
I developed visual design for the new in-app payment functionality feature for the app based on the lawyer's profile, their approved and posted cases and payments.
Improved the user experience by implementing stronger information architecture &
visual design in under four weeks.

This was a summer internship during my undergraduate study in India at a Marketing Company in India.

Amura Marketing Technologies, a leading digital growth marketing company in India which provides customized digital growth marketing services/solutions. I was in the core design team which closely worked with social media team, Content writers, account managers and developers.

I followed an integrated approach that combines the design and strategy for company clients and was handling their social media presence and campaigns on their behalf.
Designed engaging online brand experiences and created a story that truly engages the audience for the clients across India which included Illustrations, GIFs and micro interactions to improve visual design for social
media campaigns and posts.
Created wireframes and interactive prototypes of websites and assisted in creating a mobile application for company clients in the real estate market in Pune.
